Director - Transition, Readiness & Change Management

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations and performance of contracts, including P&L and compliance
• Lead customer relationship management to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
• Supervise and mentor employees, setting goals and evaluating performance
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Foster an entrepreneurial environment through talent development and accountability measures
• Interpret and communicate organizational policies to team members
• Collaborate with IT to optimize technologies for contract performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• 10+ years of professional experience in management, specifically in transition and change management
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one required
• Strong leadership skills, including team management and performance evaluation
• Experience in managing customer relationships and compliance issues
