Director, Technical Transfer & Process Improvement

About the role

This position contributes to the development and implementation of innovative diagnostic solutions for food safety and animal health.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research and development projects focused on improving diagnostic tools for food safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new diagnostic technologies.
• Support the deployment of diagnostic solutions in various settings, including farms, processing plants, and laboratories.
• Participate in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of diagnostic solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic product development or related field.
• Strong understanding of microbiology, immunology, and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical methods.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for diagnostic products.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
