Director, Technical Ad Production (Multi Location Sales Support)

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in digital advertising troubleshooting
• Collaborate with product teams to produce AI-driven advertising solutions
• Utilize performance data to create tailored Enterprise client solutions
• Implement operational processes for ad troubleshooting and QA testing
• Develop automated systems for efficient ticketing and escalation
• Oversee support operations ensuring compliance with service agreements
• Provide training and documentation for internal implementation processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital advertising technology leadership, managing high-stakes teams
• Strong integration expertise for first and third-party ad technologies
• Proficient in troubleshooting and QA testing across digital ad platforms
• Ability to collaborate with diverse functions including engineering and sales
• Excellent customer experience vision with versatile relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and analytics platforms
• Experience in technical enablement and scale optimization of ad operations

Pay

$180,000 – $250,000 annually
