The organization prioritizes seamless, scalable, and technology-enabled solutions to support its workforce and drive continuous improvement across its operations.About the OpportunityThe role leads efforts to optimize people-related processes across the People Team. The position is responsible for identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing scalable, technology-enabled solutions that enhance the teammate experience and support core priorities. This role collaborates cross-functionally to diagnose process challenges within the People Team and the wider organization, promoting operational excellence and effective internal systems.Responsibilities• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for process improvement across the teammate lifecycle.• Lead cross-functional projects to map, analyze, and redesign critical people processes.• Identify and solve process issues using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods.• Apply human-centered design principles to create intuitive, user-friendly processes.• Build relationships and influence leaders to champion process changes and ensure adoption.• Use data analysis and storytelling to identify optimization opportunities and measure impact.• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing guidance and tools to teams.Requirements• 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, consulting, or HR transformation.• Proven success leading large-scale process optimization projects with measurable results.• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies.• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.• Strong problem framing, hypothesis-based problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.• Proficiency in human-centered design to enhance user and employee experiences.• Strong data synthesis and storytelling capabilities.• Experience leveraging automation and technology for process improvements preferred.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Salary range: $115,000.00–$183,000.00 per year.
