Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the U.S. Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer service, collaboration, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Global HR and Talent Acquisition lead to align recruiting strategies and best practices.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across all U.S. business units, ensuring an efficient and timely hiring process that supports operational and growth objectives.
- Lead and execute early talent strategy and program oversight, building scalable university recruiting, internship, and emerging talent pipelines to support organizational growth and succession planning.
- Lead the organization's contingent workforce and temp-to-perm talent strategy, overseeing staffing agency partnerships and performance to ensure best-in-class service delivery, high-quality talent pipelines, workforce flexibility, and successful conversion outcomes.
- Partner with executive leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring priorities and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
- Establish recruiting metrics, dashboards, and service-level expectations to measure performance, improve efficiency, and ensure accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce time-to-fill, improve quality-of-hire, and enhance hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of talent acquisition technologies, including ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting platforms.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, EEO regulations, OFCCP requirements, and Affirmative Action Plans.
- Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Provide strategic guidance on labor market trends, talent availability, competitive hiring practices, and emerging recruiting technologies.
- Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams.
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, medical device, engineering, or other technical environments.
- Demonstrated success building scalable recruiting processes and high-performing recruiting teams.
- Experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, EEO/OFCCP requirements, and recruiting best practices.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders across all levels of the organization.
