Director, Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to drive the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our healthcare system. In this pivotal leadership role, you will align our sourcing and onboarding operations with our broader business objectives, ensuring we attract top-tier clinical and support professionals.

Key Priorities

• Strategic Growth: Build a scalable talent pipeline that meets the evolving demands of our clinical plan of care.
• Market Positioning: Execute initiatives that solidify our reputation as a regional and national destination employer.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize resources to improve both the speed and quality of hire while fostering long-term retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eight years of Human Resources experience, including at least five years of management/leadership experience in workforce planning and recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Predominant experience in the Health Care industry.
• Strategic Planning experience specific to workforce planning and sourcing.

Pay

Compensation range: $180,884.00 - $271,326.00 per year (based on full-time employment of 2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. This range is specific to Seattle; positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
