For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

About the role

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic roadmap for process improvement across the teammate lifecycle
  • Lead cross-functional projects to map, analyze, and redesign people processes
  • Utilize root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes
  • Apply human-centered design principles for intuitive, user-friendly processes
  • Build relationships to champion process changes and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Use data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and measure impact
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years in process improvement, operations, consulting, or HR transformation; HR experience not required
  • Experience leading large-scale process optimization projects with measurable impact
  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence stakeholders
  • Strong skills in problem framing and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in human-centered design to enhance user experiences
  • Ability to synthesize data and tell compelling stories to drive decisions

Pay

$115,000 – $183,000 annually
