Director, Strategy Execution

About the role

This role is responsible for developing project plans, overseeing execution, and facilitating governance forums within the Cell Therapy function at Bristol Myers Squibb. The candidate will also lead cross-functional workshops and communications, align with strategic objectives, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Development of workstream project plans and execution
• Oversight of CTDO SCOPE 5 governance forum
• Organizing and leading cross-functional workshops
• Preparing and coordinating workstream communications
• Tracking actions, developing detailed plans, identifying critical paths, and holding team members accountable
• Aligning with strategic objective owners or portfolio leads
• Identifying obstacles and removing them, creating options, and escalating issues as needed
• Utilizing project management tools and methodologies

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, experience with CTDO processes, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Relevant certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master certification are beneficial.

Skills

Strong project management skills, ability to facilitate complex discussions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Experience with CTDO processes and familiarity with cell therapy development are preferred.

Pay

The starting salary range for this role is $209,070 - $253,339 for a full-time employee. Additional incentives and stock options may be available based on eligibility.
