Director, Operations
About the role
The Director, Operations is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and maintaining activities within the Program. They also develop relationships with funders and potential funders to foster current programs and create new partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Maintains program participation and clinical documentation.
- Supports individuals/families in developing natural supports.
- Serves as Clinical Lead for Campus Connection.
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
- Engages community members and ensures services align with community needs.
- Administers the business plan and monitors budgetary activities.
- Collaborates with external entities and maintains relationships with referral sources and vendors.
- Monitors operational metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensure required according to state regulations, Independent Licensure Preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time behavioral health experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/management experience.

Pay
$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually
