Director, Operations
About the role
The Director, Operations is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, and maintaining activities within the Program. The Director, Operations is also responsible for developing relationships with funders and potential funders to foster current programs and create new partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Maintains positive, professional relationships with all referral sources and external vendors
- Monitors and oversees program participation to include participant flow in and out of the program
- Performs other related duties assigned
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Licensure required according to state regulations, Independent Licensure Preferred. OR BSN Nursing & Active RN Licensure
- Minimum of Five (5) years of full-time behavioral health experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory/management experience required

Pay
$90,000 - $100,000 per year
