Responsibilities

• Drive research findings into actionable strategies that guide Paramount’s full slate of releases
• Lead the division in developing qualitative and quantitative research to tackle key questions and challenges
• Manage research planning and delivery, including vendor management, questionnaire development, and reporting
• Design clear, dynamic visual documents that communicate research findings and data effectively
• Present research insights regularly at marketing strategy and management meetings
• Actively supply ideas and feedback in meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions
• Assess each motion picture’s target audience, opportunities, and challenges
• Maintain awareness of research trends and guidelines to implement innovative approaches across the studio, including evaluating competitive campaigns, expanding statistical analysis, and advancing AI use in research

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years in marketing research
• MBA or comparable advanced degree in social sciences, business, statistics, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Preferably Premier Market Research professional; entertainment or related research experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, professional writing, and problem-solving skills
• Shown project management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools and software
• Strong knowledge of movies and a passion for entertainment

• Hiring Salary Range: $120,000.00 - 150,000
