Responsibilities

  • Build deep relationships with Executive Producers, Talent and external production counterparts to produce high-quality creative and marketing campaigns
  • Set clear objectives, identify audience targets and set positioning and engagement strategies across a wide range of content types
  • Gather, review and apply customer insights and data in collaboration with research team to help define effective and innovative strategic marketing approaches
  • Build and implement strategies that provide the most advantageous opportunity to gain significant and valid recognition by our audiences and the industry
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure all is on brand and aligns with campaign and brand strategy
  • Build and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand efficiency of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead the development of a wide range of 360-integrated content marketing plans for PTVM priority programming, including communication and engagement strategies across on-air, social, digital, owned channels, TV, out-of-home and PR
  • Act as an exemplary people leader by setting direction, fostering transparency, and providing guidance and coaching to build the next set of high-potential strategy leaders
  • Collaborate effectively with Paramount TV senior leadership teams including Media, Creative, Social and PR
  • Identify opportunities and lead implementation of process and communication improvements for IPT and cross marketing teams, ensuring learnings and best practices are being captured and socialized to drive improved collaboration

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in film and/or TV marketing with a major studio, media company, streaming service, brand and/or marketing agency, consumer marketing, marketing communications and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products

  • Experience with marketing strategy for entertainment programming
  • Robust verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Possess solid decision-making skills
  • Deep knowledge of how to use media to drive awareness and engagement with entertainment content including a awareness of digital landscape and creative best practices for all media
  • Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage many projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proven knowledge of the TV/entertainment landscape
  • Ability to collaborate with agencies/partners, including day-to-day management of campaign goals and agency deliverables
  • Highly data-driven, possessing solid ability to capture and apply insights to frame recommendations and results into concise and impactful reports
  • Experience managing marketing budgets

Pay

Hiring Salary Range: $113,000.00 - 166,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

Schedule

This position is bonus eligible.
