About the role

The Manager of Marketing will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Paramount Television Studios' programming slate. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive creative solutions, manage complex projects, and collaborate successfully across internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are successfully delivered and optimized for audience interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and strategic execution of marketing campaigns on behalf of Paramount Television Studios
  • Act as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external partners, spearheading alignment and ensuring successful campaign delivery
  • Consolidate stakeholder feedback and advise on creative concepts and asset production for promotional materials, including trailers, key art, and social content
  • Track workback timelines and confirm milestone delivery to maintain alignment and accountability across campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, where available, to ensure campaign efficacy and optimize outcomes; escalating risks and advising on corrective actions as needed
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and maximize audience interaction
  • Champion brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and ensure adherence to Paramount’s creative standards
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and provide strategic and creative input to elevate campaign concepts and audience impact
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative marketing culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, preferably in television or streaming
  • Experience supporting complex campaigns and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of creative development processes and campaign best practices
  • Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, working across multiple campaigns at any given time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of project management tools
  • Passion for television, storytelling, and audience engagement
