About the role

A growing financial services organization is seeking a senior finance professional to help lead enterprise planning and strategic analysis efforts. This role will sit within the broader finance function and focus on consolidating financial outlooks, supporting long-term planning, and providing insights that guide business decisions. The position blends forward-looking financial modeling with hands-on partnership across leadership teams. The individual will play a key role in connecting business performance with financial strategy, helping the organization evaluate growth opportunities, manage resources, and improve overall planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term outlooks, ensuring outputs are consistent and decision-useful
  • Build, maintain, and refine financial models that support consolidated views, key assumptions, and scenario analysis as the business evolves
  • Provide analytical support for growth initiatives, including expansion opportunities, investment decisions, and overall profitability planning
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business performance into clear financial insights and recommendations
  • Evaluate strategic priorities through modeling and analysis, including areas such as capital allocation, resource planning, and performance optimization
  • Support planning around workforce growth, transactions, and other key business drivers through structured financial frameworks
  • Strengthen and standardize financial methodologies, improving consistency across teams and enhancing the scalability of planning processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and reduce reliance on manual processes
  • Collaborate across finance and business teams to improve alignment, communication, and overall effectiveness of planning outputs
  • Operate comfortably at both a high-level strategic view and within detailed financial analysis when needed
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with an ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience across FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
  • Must be coming from Financial Services industry (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment, Private Equity, etc.)
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience handling complex and dynamic models
  • Experience with credit/lending facilities
  • Prominent ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
  • Experience working in multi-entity or high-growth environments, including exposure to transaction-related activities
  • Familiarity with financial services or related industries is helpful but not required
  • Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across functions
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining structure and organization
