About the role
As Director, FP&A, you will lead the Global Category Management FP&A team and help shape how the organization plans, measures performance, and makes decisions.
Roles and responsibilities
· Lead the global budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles, keeping stakeholders aligned on targets, risks, and opportunities.
· Consolidate global forecasts and deliver clear monthly reporting for Category Management leadership and the tms Global Controller.
· Support the monthly business update for tms senior leaders, including building presentations and completing ad hoc analysis.
· Partner with Category Management leaders on performance reporting and insights, helping translate results into actions and updated forecasts.
· Coordinate the month-end close process and help ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP.
· Improve and standardize planning and reporting processes across global finance teams, working across multiple ERP systems.
· Expand integrated reporting by extending Hyperion Planning to include tms financials.
· Build financial models and business cases to support new business proposals and investment decisions.
· Support internal and external audits by coordinating inputs and responding to requests.
· Provide financial insights to support client contract negotiations and drive informed decision-making.
Skills and experience we would like you to have
· 10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
· Experience with ERP systems, Hyperion, and business intelligence tools (preferred).
· Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills, including building models and working with large datasets.
· Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor the message for both finance and non-finance audiences.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
· Strong planning, organization, and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Comfort explaining financial concepts and trade-offs to business partners.
