Finance Director, FP&A

Towne Park is a hospitality services company dedicated to creating smiles through exceptional experiences. The Finance Director, FP&A role is a senior leadership position within the Financial Planning and Analysis Team.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on financial implications of business decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and developing technical and analytical skills.
• Support the building of analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, etc.
• Support the enterprise consolidated forecast, including the compilation and distribution of weekly performance reports.
• Routinely review data on historical and future trends.
• Oversee the weekly and monthly processes, planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and review data on historical and future trends.
• Assist in the annual operating and companywide budgeting process by compiling and analyzing historical data.
• Streamline financial planning and forecasting activities and improve processes and tools.
• Partner with key field finance and operation leaders to drive improved business forecasting discipline.
• Participate and lead activities related to potential mergers/acquisitions, new customers/growth and retention workstreams and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; or a minimum of six to eight years of experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Five to eight years of experience in working with senior finance and operational leadership.
• Three to five years of experience in a managerial role, effectively guiding and mentoring team members.
• Proven ability to communicate data-driven analysis and influence discussions.
• Expert proficiency in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups, power query, power pivot).
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration; AND a minimum of six to eight years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent analytical experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Licensure, Certification, Etc.: No specific licenses or certifications required.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functionality, Powerpoint, and various financial technology and reporting applications.
• Aptitude to maintain confidentiality.

Pay

The annual base pay range for this position is $184k - $225k. Additional compensation may include annual incentive bonuses.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically full-time, with occasional travel of up to 10%.
