Director, Stores East

Job Description

Vuori is seeking a Director of Stores to lead our fast-growing store fleet and field teams. We are seeking an experienced leader with high energy, excellent communication, and creative problem-solving skills. You will coach and mentor the General Managers and District Managers, develop business strategies, collaborate regularly with leadership and cross-functional partners. In this role you’ll be the primary bridge between our Field and HQ teams, collaborating to maximize performance by building a world-class, customer-first experience in our retail stores.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of retail experience, including high-level leadership with beloved brands
• You pride yourself on being able to build relationships and earn trust across all levels of an organization with a track record of building high-performing and highly engaged teams
• You’re a team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills to successfully implement strategic initiatives from initial idea through execution
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, with an understanding of customer experience, data analytics, growth marketing, and product
• Experience leading and coaching teams, in both virtual and real-life environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver on various projects, perform well under pressure, and excel in providing reliable and clear communications
• Demonstrated strength as a data-driven, analytical problem solver
• Relentless, entrepreneurial, execution mindset
• Clear, concise, and transparent communication style, both verbal and written
• Visiting stores 2-3 days per week
• Willing to travel 3 times per month, including weekend and overnight travel

• The salary range for this role is $181,200 per year - $233,100 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
