Director, Solutions Development Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of outsourcing solutions tailored for Data Center clients
• Manage RFP responses and oversee business planning deliverables
• Support contract negotiations by strategizing optimal business terms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unify sales and service line strategies
• Create financial models that demonstrate client value and profitability
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial and service delivery

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of operational experience in a Data Center environment
• Knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management is preferred
• Strong presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with commercial pricing and financial analysis
• Deep understanding of outsourcing models and solution design principles

Pay

$153,600 – $168,000 annually
