About the role

The director, solutions architecture plays a pivotal role in driving AI transformation. You’ll lead a team of exceptional solutions architects, foster their growth, and influence strategic customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and empower a team of highly skilled solutions architects
  • Drive the successful adoption and deployment of WRITER's generative AI platform
  • Partner with sales leadership and go-to-market teams to develop strategic account plans
  • Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and become their trusted advisor in AI strategy and implementation
  • Influence WRITER's product roadmap by gathering market insights and customer feedback
  • Architect robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions for diverse enterprise environments
  • Transform how we facilitate customer evaluations and proofs of concept

What You Need

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with at least 4 years in a management capacity
  • Proven expertise in leading and scaling a solutions architecture or sales engineering organization
  • Deep technical proficiency in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and cloud-native architectures
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business value
  • A strategic mindset, constantly looking for opportunities to innovate and optimize processes
