Responsibilities

  • Define and guide clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for Hyland's industry solutions in partnership with product management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and persona-based messaging.
  • Plan and execute product and solution launches with cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and demand generation teams.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of solution marketers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Partner with product, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.

Role Essentials

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B product or solution marketing, including team leadership.
  • Strong ability to translate product capabilities into clear, meaningful customer value with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead through influence across a large, matrixed organization.

What We'd Like to See

  • An MBA or other advanced degree (a plus).
  • Experience engaging with industry analysts and shaping market perception (a plus).
  • A background in content management, process automation, collaboration, or related enterprise software markets (a plus).
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and scaling high-performing marketing teams (a plus).
  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools, technologies, and best practices (a plus).
