While most marketers focus on a single product or technology, you understand how RTL design connects to IP integration, how chip verification flows into system-level analysis, and how multi-physics simulation enables hardware-software co-design. You have spent your career in the space where silicon meets systems, and you know that the companies winning today are the ones who can move seamlessly across that continuum.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of comprehensive solutions marketing strategies that integrate EDA tools, Silicon IP, Systems Design & Verification platforms, and Simulation technologies into cohesive, customer-facing narratives
- Build go-to-market plans that demonstrate Synopsys' unique ability to enable seamless workflows from RTL design and IP integration through system-level analysis, multi-physics simulation, and digital twin modeling
- Lead cross-portfolio initiatives that showcase integrated solutions for high-impact domains including data center infrastructure, automotive systems, AI acceleration, multi-die chiplet ecosystems, and digital transformation use cases
- Create clear, compelling solutions messaging frameworks that articulate both technical differentiation and business value for diverse audiences—from chip architects and systems engineers to executives and procurement teams
- Translate complex capabilities spanning silicon design, IP reuse, system integration, and simulation into narratives that resonate with semiconductor companies, systems OEMs, and hyperscalers
- Position Synopsys as the thought leader in silicon-to-system innovation through industry events, keynote presentations, customer forums, and media engagement
- Conduct deep market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research across silicon design, IP integration, system verification, and simulation markets
- Identify and translate emerging trends—AI-driven design automation, autonomous systems, electrification, chiplet architectures, virtual prototyping, hardware-software co-design—into actionable marketing strategies
- Bring the voice of the customer into product planning, ensuring solutions align with real-world design challenges and market opportunities
- Create high-impact content that drives demand, including solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, presentations, and digital content showcasing end-to-end design flows and the value of integrated Synopsys capabilities
- Develop customer success stories and advocacy programs that demonstrate measurable outcomes across silicon design, IP integration, system verification, and simulation
- Partner with Global Marketing & Communications to activate content through integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and demand generation programs
- Equip sales teams with tools, training, competitive battle cards, and collateral that help them articulate the value of silicon-to-system solutions in strategic deals
- Support key customer engagements, executive briefings, and technical presentations, demonstrating how Synopsys' EDA, IP, Systems, and Simulation portfolios solve complex, multi-domain challenges
- Accelerate pipeline growth by providing sales with differentiated messaging and proof points that shorten sales cycles and increase win rates
- Collaborate across the organization, partnering deeply with Product Management and Engineering across EDA, IP, Systems, and Simulation business units to align solutions with customer needs and market opportunities
- Work with Sales and Field Marketing to drive customer engagement, pipeline development, and revenue in key accounts and verticals
- Collaborate with Corporate Strategy to ensure solutions marketing aligns with company-wide priorities, including the integration of Synopsys and Ansys capabilities
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or related roles within the semiconductor, EDA, IP, systems design, or simulation industries
- Deep domain expertise in one or more areas: EDA (RTL design, synthesis, verification, physical design), Silicon IP (processor, interface, memory, security, analog/mixed-signal), Systems Design & Verification (virtual prototyping, hardware-software co-design), or Simulation (multi-physics, system-level analysis, digital twin)
- Proven track record leading go-to-market strategies for complex, silicon-to-system solutions in high-growth markets such as data center, automotive, AI, and multi-domain system integration
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate technical capabilities spanning silicon design, IP integration, system-level verification, and simulation into compelling business value
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences, with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor, driving strategy and execution without direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
