Director, Services Sourcing

About the role

The Director, Professional Services Category Management will hold strategic responsibility for optimizing professional services spend and enhancing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Services Sourcing Categories, including routine tasks and complex initiatives.
• Develop and implement category strategies across a diverse portfolio.
• Achieve process maturity by streamlining and optimizing sourcing, contracting, and vendor management processes.
• Leverage technology enablement to enhance efficiency and insights.
• Identify and cultivate necessary internal and external capabilities to manage each category effectively.
• Ensure 360-degree relationship management with internal business partners, suppliers, and external experts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, or procurement, with a focus on professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across an organization.
• Experience in developing and implementing category strategies for complex services.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is a plus.
