JLL is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join their team and enhance employee experience through strategic food and beverage programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing strategies and execution of sourcing events for food and beverage on a major account, directly impacting the daily experience of employees.
• Combine strategic procurement expertise with a passion for creating workplace environments where people thrive.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing indirect spend categories and conducting sourcing events, specifically in food and beverage services (catering, cafeteria management, break room supplies, beverage programs).
• Track record of building strategic supplier partnerships that balance cost efficiency with quality and service excellence.
• Deep understanding of employee experience trends and how food and beverage programs contribute to workplace culture and satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive value beyond cost savings.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating diverse needs into sourcing strategies.
