Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the North America segment marketing strategy
- Activate global campaigns through localized field events and digital programs
- Own and optimize regional marketing performance metrics
- Align marketing initiatives with sales revenue objectives
- Work with Marketing Operations to create reporting and insights
- Plan and execute regional events in collaboration with global teams
- Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team
Qualifications
- 7+ years of regional marketing or demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years leading or mentoring marketing teams
- Demonstrated success in executing effective marketing programs in North America
- In-depth knowledge of demand generation and account-based marketing
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce and Marketo
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
