About the role
Responsible for leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) function, this role will drive strategic planning and execution across the supply chain to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement S&OP processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales forecasts with production plans.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management or operations planning.
- Proven track record in leading complex projects and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
