About the role
The Director-Sales Midwest position oversees the Holman Fleet sales region, leading revenue growth and exceeding sales goals through customer acquisition and client retention. Key responsibilities include facilitating the growth and professional development of District Sales Managers, maintaining relationships with key industry leaders, and providing leadership on sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Holman Fleet sales region
- Lead revenue growth and exceed sales goals
- Acquire new customers within the Midwest region
- Upsell existing clients during the initial period of handling new clients
- Facilitate the growth and professional development of District Sales Managers
- Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision-makers in the Fleet industry
- Travel to regional sales locations to provide leadership on overarching sales strategies
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferred
- Relevant work experience: 8+ years’ work experience, including 4+ years’ sales or leadership experience; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience within sales leadership and sales messaging
- General knowledge of client relations, Strategic Consulting, Implementation, Supply Chain, and other operational areas
Qualifications
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- Executive Program classes within finance and negotiation preferred (valued)
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry leaders
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Knowledge of fleet management and upfitting

Pay
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $194,740.00 - $301,850.00 USD annually for full-time employees.
