Key Responsibilities
- Maintains marketing productivity and prepares monthly reports.
- Performs performance evaluations and hires staff in the Marketing Department.
- Presents Marketing Department objectives, strategies, and tactics at monthly meetings.
- Responds to inquiries, schedules tours, and facilitates move-ins.
- Evaluates medical and financial applications for appropriateness.
- Sets closing dates for contracts and collects necessary paperwork.
- Achieves and monitors productivity standards.
- Coaches and trains staff to meet productivity goals.
- Maintains marketing database and reports sales activities.
- Plans and executes events to introduce prospective residents to community lifestyle.
- Works with executive director and vice president of marketing to establish budgets and annual plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Five or more years of sales experience.
- Experience in senior living a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Expansion experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- English language proficiency.
