Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive sustainable sales, volume, profit, and market share growth across assigned geographies, customers, and channels.
• Translate corporate objectives and annual operating plans (AOP) into actionable business goals, sales strategies, and integrated customer plans that deliver revenue and financial targets.
• Achieve optimum business results, lead and develop high-performing sales organizations, including Distributor account managers, field sales teams, brokers, and other commercial resources, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth priorities.
• Oversee the commercial business within area of responsibility, building strategic customer partnerships and ensuring effective execution of business plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Direct sales forecasting, establish performance objectives, analyze market trends and customer needs, develop pricing and promotional strategies, and identify opportunities to optimize product portfolios
