About the role

As a Director of Sales Channel & Affiliates, CP & ESG Corporate Tax, you will provide leadership to senior managers and high-level professionals, holding primary responsibility for the performance and results of your area of responsibility. You will drive strategic initiatives, foster relationships with top-tier channel partners, and ensure alignment of sales activities with the organization's long-term goals. You will be a key player in shaping the future direction of channel sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to senior managers and high-level professionals within the Sales Channel/Affiliates area.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Hold primary responsibility for the performance and results of your area of responsibility.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with top-tier and strategic channel partners.
  • Ensure alignment of sales activities with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Lead high-level negotiations and discussions with key partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and partner activities.
  • Analyze complex market and performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Address and resolve critical issues impacting the organization and partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the future direction of channel sales efforts.

Pay

Compensation range: $137,900.00 - $246,350.00 USD. This role is eligible for commission. The range listed is based on the primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and hiring location.
