Responsibilities
- Own the health and performance of the Credits function, focusing on compliance risk and operational throughput
- Design and execute a scalable credits operating model for both steady-state and surge readiness
- Establish clear governance processes for prioritization and escalation across credit populations
- Drive visibility into credits performance through disciplined reviews and key performance indicators
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and build strong internal controls
- Translate enterprise priorities into a credible credits strategy focused on mitigating financial exposure
- Champion operational innovation through advanced analytics, automation, and workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing revenue cycle, credits, collections, or related teams
- Proven success in leading complex operational functions with measurable results in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing compliance-sensitive workflows and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking, operational judgment, and executive communication skills
- Healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred

- $115,000 – $183,000 annually
