Director Regional Sales Excellence - Any ADM US location
About the role
The Regional Commercial Excellence Lead owns and drives the Commercial Excellence agenda for Human Nutrition NA across the region, ensuring consistent execution, capability building, and performance improvement across all business units and markets. This role translates global frameworks into impactful regional execution, embedding sales excellence, CRM adoption, performance management discipline, and capability development to deliver sustainable growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
- Translate global Commercial Excellence priorities into regional strategies and execution roadmaps
- Align execution across different business units and countries, ensuring local relevance
- Drive prioritization of key initiatives based on business impact
- Act as the regional point of accountability for Commercial Excellence
- Partner with regional Sales Leadership and BU leaders to ensure alignment and adoption
- Coordinate and guide regional Commercial Excellence champions across markets
- Identify and scale best practices across countries and segments
- Steer focus toward high-value opportunities and strategic accounts
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and commercial discipline
Requirements
This role is part of Human Nutrition within the ADM Nutrition segment, with regional responsibility for North America Sales Excellence & Execution Steer regional focus toward value creation, and strategic opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related roles
- Strong experience in multinational, matrix organizations
- Proven track record in driving sales transformation, CRM adoption, and performance improvement
- Experience working across regions and cultures

Pay
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $160,800.00 - $223,900.00 Salaried
