Director Regional Practice

For our client, we are seeking a Director Regional Practice to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead regional practice operations with a strong focus on performance improvement, execution discipline, and accountability across multiple sites. The Director will partner closely with physicians, practice leaders, and senior executives to translate enterprise priorities into consistent regional strategies. This position is centered on strengthening revenue cycle visibility, establishing operating rhythms, and building a high-performing leadership team that can drive measurable operational outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $122,900 – $184,350 annually Responsibilities Establish a regional baseline and prioritized improvement plan for assigned practices Create a consistent operating cadence with practice and clinical leaders Enhance visibility and accountability for revenue cycle and operational performance Develop a strong regional leadership team and repeatable execution playbooks Translate enterprise priorities into actionable regional practice strategies Lead business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives across practices Monitor operational indicators and ensure accountability for follow-through Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, nursing, or a related field; or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician practice, revenue cycle, or regional leadership 3+ years of people leadership or multi-site operational leadership experience Proven track record of improving performance across multiple practices or facilities Experience collaborating with physicians, practice administrators, and senior executives Benefits Comprehensive benefits package supporting physical, emotional, and financial health Culture focused on collaboration, growth, and innovation Investment in professional development and tuition reimbursement Quarterly and annual incentive programs for high performers Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
