Director, Regional Practice

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Regional Practice to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will partner closely with practice leaders to strengthen revenue cycle performance and operational execution across physician practices. The Director will lead onsite coaching, support change management efforts, and help standardize best practices to drive measurable improvement. This position is highly collaborative and focused on improving patient access, performance metrics, and overall operational results in a multi-site healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with practice leaders to enhance revenue cycle performance Identify and address operational gaps and performance improvement opportunities Drive improvements in patient access and revenue cycle metrics Lead onsite coaching and change management initiatives Standardize best practices across multiple practices Work with diverse teams to achieve defined performance objectives Qualifications Over 5 years of revenue cycle expertise in physician practices 3–5 years of operational leadership experience in physician settings Proven ability to influence without direct authority in challenging environments Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills Experience in large healthcare systems or multi-site physician groups Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Benefits Visible impact on healthcare organizations' financial and operational success Engagement with executive leaders and hands-on problem-solving Opportunities to influence major operational changes across practices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
