Director, Regional Marketing - Northeast

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Identify and map KOLs and referral patterns between centers of excellence and community
• Engage with emerging and digital opinion leaders
• Understand regional practice patterns to address unmet needs in Acromegaly treatment
• Lead recruitment for regional advisory boards and coordinate insights generation
• Develop KOL-specific engagement plans to advocate for Paltusotine post-FDA approval
• Manage regional marketing budgets and execute local marketing programs
• Collaborate with teams to create educational and promotional materials for peer-to-peer content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Preferred experience in rare diseases or endocrinology
• Proven KOL identification and engagement skills, including speaker bureau leadership
• Experience in product launch planning and enhancing brand uptake
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and reimbursement specialists
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority

Pay

$192,000 – $240,000 annually
