DIRECTOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT (FULL TIME)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving quality metrics, processes, and outcomes. They will lead, educate, initiate, and communicate these improvements to hospital leaders and physicians.

Responsibilities

  • Directs initiatives aimed at enhancing quality metrics and processes.
  • Educates staff and leadership on quality improvement strategies.
  • Communicates quality improvement plans and results to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Shift: Full-time
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years clinical experience, with two (2) years QA or PI experience preferred, and a minimum of two (2) years management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the State of Nevada if RN.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the organization.
  • Lean Six Sigma Training helpful.
