Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the QA vision and strategy aligned with engineering goals
- Build and manage a global QA team, including remote members
- Establish metrics and reporting for software quality assessment

- Oversee performance testing strategies for high-volume SaaS applications
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment and quality assurance
- Integrate AI-driven tools to improve testing efficacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field or Bachelor's with 7+ years of experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles, specifically in QA or related fields
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms in healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with modern test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and others
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
