Director, Provider Escalations & Education (Strategy & Operations)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Provider Escalations & Education (Strategy & Operations) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead a high-visibility operational function focused on provider escalations, with an emphasis on fast response times, high-quality resolution, and consistent execution. The position will partner closely across functions to drive alignment, improve processes, and support the organization through change. It will also shape future-state workflows, leverage AI-enabled tools, and build the operating discipline needed to scale the function effectively.
