About the role

This role sits at the center of strategy and execution, partnering closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to help translate priorities into measurable outcomes. You’ll coordinate core planning rhythm - such as quarterly OKRs, performance reporting, and initiative tracking- while driving high-impact, cross-functional projects from initial scoping through delivery. You’ll play a key role in improving decision velocity by gathering inputs, synthesizing insights, and creating clear, concise materials that enable alignment across stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to support strategic priorities and operational execution
  • Coordinate core planning rhythms, including quarterly OKRs, performance reporting, and tracking of strategic initiatives
  • Drive high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics
  • Develop clear, concise materials and insights to support leadership decision-making and internal alignment
  • Improve decision velocity by gathering inputs, synthesizing insights, and ensuring stakeholders are aligned
  • Identify operational gaps and work with functional leaders to design and implement scalable processes
  • Act as a connector across go-to-market, product, and revenue teams, helping translate strategy into execution
  • Track key initiatives and ensure follow-through on actions and commitments across teams

Role Requirements

  • We are seeking someone from a consultancy background with 5+ years of experience in a similar strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff–adjacent role, with a track record of supporting high-impact initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise information into clear insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior leaders
  • Hightly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity
