Director, Program Delivery and Execution

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of program and project managers
• Provide strategic direction for cross-functional programs
• Establish and maintain project management standards
• Oversee program planning, tracking, and escalations
• Coach the team on stakeholder engagement and risk management
• Ensure clear communication with executives about initiatives
• Drive improvements in project execution and operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years in enterprise PMOs or transformation programs
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise programs
• Experience with executive-level stakeholder management
