By managing day-to-day team dynamics, client alignment, financial health, and resource allocation, we ensure our work moves seamlessly from strategic vision to real-world impact.

About the role

Huge is looking for a Director of Program Delivery to join our Program Delivery team. You will lead project management efforts, refine ways of working, collaborate with various disciplines and clients, ensure deliverable requirements are met, and manage change and risk to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing several, multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected work streams and teams.
• Experience leading strategic discussions and presentations to clients on a regular basis.
• Worked in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, and knowledge of web development technologies and emerging technologies including AR/VR, voice and AI.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
• Consider yourself a generalist and someone that can jump into many different categories of work and deliver.
• Leadership, mentorship, and motivational skills for your team to achieve the best results.
• Represent program management within your account teams and take an active role in the growth and mentorship of the department.

Responsibilities

• Meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and frequently oversee a number of hybrid client/Huge teams.
• Mentor and manage fellow employees, leading by example and fostering the talents of those working under you.
• Manage and set client expectations, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and internal team members.
• Manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams, as well as command project management processes and methodologies.
• Focus on goals and solutions that impact both individual work streams and the program as a whole.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico and Hawaii, USA.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 USD. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on factors such as the actual salary ranges for current and former employees in similar roles, the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications, the level of specialization the role requires, budgetary considerations, market demand for the role, and local market conditions. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
