About the role

LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners. Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the rhythm of the product org: planning cycles, OKR-setting, business reviews, and cross-functional operating cadences
  • Ensure every team has clear outcomes, unambiguous ownership, and a shared understanding of what they're working toward each quarter
  • Identify where things are stuck, where decisions are needed, and where accountability is unclear — and drive resolution
  • Strategic Leverage for the CPO: act as a force multiplier, take the hardest cross-functional problems and drive them to resolution, help formulate strategies, frame tradeoffs, and build the plans that translate direction into action, prepare the CPO for key moments — leadership forums, board conversations, org decisions — with the clarity and structure needed to move fast
  • Outcomes-Driven Culture: champion the shift to a culture where teams own outcomes, not just outputs, lead the OKR process end-to-end: help teams debate the right metrics, set ambitious but grounded goals, and hold themselves accountable to measuring progress, continuously improve how we operate — not by imposing structure for its own sake, but by building habits that make us faster, clearer, and more aligned over time

Requirements

You are equal parts product thinker and execution machine. You've either led Product yourself, built something from scratch, or both — and you bring that builder's instinct to how you operate. You know that great process is a means to an end. You don't let the absence of a perfect process get in the way of progress — and you fix the process along the way so the org doesn't have to solve the same problem twice. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and resolving it quickly. You are not precious about your lane. You will pick up a shovel on whatever dimension the work requires. You are a credible voice in any room — with product leaders, engineers, commercial partners, finance, and HR — and you earn that credibility through sharp thinking and follow-through, not title. You are very effective at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels of seniority.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a high-execution operator role in a technology company
  • Direct experience owning or deeply influencing a business rhythm: planning, OKRs, business reviews, cross-functional alignment
  • A track record of making complex organizations move faster and with more clarity
  • Strong strategic instincts — you can go from "here's the problem" to "here's the plan" quickly
  • Entrepreneurial energy — startup experience or a founder mindset is a strong plus

Skills

  • Sharp thinking and follow-through
  • Ability to resolve ambiguity quickly
  • Effective relationship-building across functions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Experience leading or building a product team
