Responsibilities

  • Own product organization rhythm including planning cycles and business reviews
  • Clarify team outcomes and ensure accountability
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks and decision-making issues
  • Drive cross-functional problem resolution for the CPO
  • Frame strategic trade-offs and translate direction into actionable plans
  • Lead the end-to-end OKR process for outcome ownership
  • Define deliverables and expectations for the Technical Program Management team

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years in product management, strategy, or high-execution roles in tech
  • Hands-on experience in business planning, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment
  • Proven record of enhancing clarity and speed in complex organizations
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with startup experience as a plus
  • Ability to influence across all levels and functions without formal authority
