Responsibilities
- Own product organization rhythm including planning cycles and business reviews
- Clarify team outcomes and ensure accountability
- Identify and resolve roadblocks and decision-making issues
- Drive cross-functional problem resolution for the CPO
- Frame strategic trade-offs and translate direction into actionable plans
- Lead the end-to-end OKR process for outcome ownership
- Define deliverables and expectations for the Technical Program Management team
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in product management, strategy, or high-execution roles in tech
- Hands-on experience in business planning, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment
- Proven record of enhancing clarity and speed in complex organizations
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with startup experience as a plus
- Ability to influence across all levels and functions without formal authority
