Responsibilities
- Own the operational rhythm of the product organization, including planning and reviews
- Ensure clear outcomes and ownership within teams each quarter
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and clarify decision-making
- Act as a force multiplier for the CPO on cross-functional challenges
- Help formulate and execute strategic plans translating ideas into actions
- Champion an outcomes-driven culture focused on accountability
- Lead or define expectations for the Technical Program Management team
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in product management or a high-execution role at a tech company
- Experience managing planning, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment
- Proven ability to streamline complex organizations for speed and clarity
- Strong strategic thinking skills for problem-solving and planning
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience preferred
- Deep interpersonal skills to influence across all levels and functions
