Responsibilities

  • Own the operational rhythm of the product organization, including planning and reviews
  • Ensure clear outcomes and ownership within teams each quarter
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and clarify decision-making
  • Act as a force multiplier for the CPO on cross-functional challenges
  • Help formulate and execute strategic plans translating ideas into actions
  • Champion an outcomes-driven culture focused on accountability
  • Lead or define expectations for the Technical Program Management team

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years in product management or a high-execution role at a tech company
  • Experience managing planning, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment
  • Proven ability to streamline complex organizations for speed and clarity
  • Strong strategic thinking skills for problem-solving and planning
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience preferred
  • Deep interpersonal skills to influence across all levels and functions
