Director, Product Sourcing Engineering (Electronics)

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for business goals including continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Negotiate complex commercial terms to establish optimal pricing, quality, and service agreements
• Collaborate with supply chain experts to execute best practices company-wide
• Engage key cross-functional teams to negotiate trade-offs and resolve supply chain issues
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report supply chain performance to management
• Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on supply chain or production roles, with at least 5 years in leadership
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance
