Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for business scalability and optimization
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Negotiate complex commercial terms with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements
- Collaborate with supply chain experts to execute best practices across the company
- Engage with cross-functional teams to negotiate trade-offs and solve issues proactively
- Identify efficiency improvements and implement process enhancements for the supply chain
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, focusing on recruitment and talent development
- Proactively assess and mitigate risks to the supply chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance
