Director Product Marketing - Clinical Operations
About the role
The Director of Product Marketing - Clinical Operations will be a key addition to our marketing team. This person will lead a growing team of ~4 product marketers responsible for marketing the Clinical Operations portfolio of products. The team is responsible for content and messaging to support marketing and enablement activities across the customer lifecycle. This person will collaborate closely with several groups including other marketing functions, product strategy, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead a growing team of product marketers. Review their work, uphold a high bar for quality and conciseness, and ensure the right people are working on the right projects
- Lead all product marketing activities and content creation (written, powerpoint, etc.) for 1-2 products, in addition to coaching the team about their own product areas
- Partner closely with product strategy to gain a deep understanding of product vision and upcoming functionality, and determine how best to communicate this externally
- Develop an annual marketing plan in collaboration with field marketing; work with the team on strategic prioritization
- Contribute to our annual customer conferences in the US and Europe by leading agenda development, working with customers on their presentations, and contributing to other workstreams as needed
- Aid sales enablement and support field marketing campaigns as needed
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Able to work independently with little management oversight and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and content creation skills (written, powerpoint) with a demonstrated ability to develop clear and concise messaging; ability to set a high standard for the team
- Fast learner
- Ability to think strategically about the business but execute with high attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
- Bachelor's degree

Pay
Base pay: $125,000 - $200,000
