The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. You will own the portfolio messaging strategy, product taxonomy, launch strategy, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market narrative for Autonomize AI's platform and solutions. You will help establish Autonomize as a category-defining leader in healthcare AI while ensuring our portfolio is organized, named, packaged, and communicated in ways that make it easy for customers to understand, adopt, and buy.
What You'll Do
Own Product Positioning and Messaging
Create differentiated positioning for Autonomize Intelligence Platform, AI Studio, Knowledge Center, Command Center, Genie AI, and future offerings.
Develop executive-level narratives that resonate with payer, provider, pharmacy, and healthcare operations leaders.
Translate complex AI concepts into clear business outcomes and customer value.
Establish messaging frameworks that ensure consistency across products, solutions, campaigns, and customer-facing communications.
Lead Product Portfolio Strategy, Taxonomy, and Packaging
Establish and maintain the company's product taxonomy and portfolio architecture across platform capabilities, AI agents, workflows, solutions, and industry offerings.
Own product naming strategy and governance, ensuring a consistent and scalable framework as the portfolio expands.
Define product packaging and commercialization strategies that align customer needs, market opportunities, and revenue objectives.
Partner with Product Management and Executive Leadership to evaluate portfolio gaps, expansion opportunities, and market alignment.
Ensure consistency across the website, sales materials, product documentation, analyst communications, and customer-facing assets.
Simplify how customers understand, evaluate, and purchase Autonomize offerings by creating clear product hierarchies and value propositions.
Drive Product Launches and Market Adoption
Lead launch strategy and manage roadmap for new products, capabilities, and solutions.
Partner with product management and customer success to identify and manage beta customers.
Develop launch plans to support analyst relations, media, customer communications, events, sales enablement, and demand generation.
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning throughout the customer journey.
Measure launch effectiveness and adoption, incorporating learnings into future releases.
Enable Revenue Growth
Build sales enablement programs, battlecards, competitive intelligence, presentations, ROI frameworks, and solution narratives.
Partner with sales leadership to improve win rates and accelerate pipeline conversion.
Develop industry-specific messaging and vertical campaigns.
Support strategic customer and prospect engagements.
Help define value frameworks that clearly articulate business, operational, and financial outcomes.
Establish Category Leadership
Support analyst relations, media engagements, speaking opportunities, and industry events on product-specific topics.
Drive product-specific content strategy across whitepapers, case studies, executive presentations, blogs, webinars, research initiatives, and executive communications.
Influence how the market understands the future of AI-powered healthcare operations.
Champion Customer Evidence
Build compelling customer stories, business cases, and outcome-driven proof points.
Partner with Customer Success to identify and document measurable value delivered by the portfolio and specific target offerings.
Develop reference programs and customer advocacy initiatives.
Translate operational outcomes into strategic narratives for healthcare executives.
Understand the Market
Monitor healthcare, AI, regulatory, and competitive trends.
Conduct market research and customer interviews.
Develop competitive positioning and differentiation strategies.
Provide market intelligence to product and executive leadership teams.
Continuously assess market dynamics to inform portfolio, packaging, and go-to-market decisions.
Required Experience
10+ years of product marketing, healthcare marketing, product management, consulting, or related experience.
5+ years in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, pharmacy, or healthcare services.
Demonstrated experience launching enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or healthcare technology solutions.
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex buying cycles.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value.
Experience defining product positioning, portfolio strategy, naming conventions, packaging, and go-to-market frameworks.
Preferred Experience
Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or digital transformation platforms.
Familiarity with healthcare operations such as utilization management, care management, appeals and grievances, claims, pharmacy, quality, or regulatory functions.
Experience working with analysts, media, and executive thought leadership programs.
Experience working as a senior individual contributor.
