Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience, including responsibility for large-scale spend categories and supplier portfolios.
- 5+ years of experience leading global procurement organizations and cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing procurement teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Significant experience managing raw materials, MRO, and indirect spend, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Extensive experience leading complex sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, contract management, and supplier development programs.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, CSCP, APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent credentials preferred, with demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience leading global procurement operations.
- Experience with SAP, M3 or similar ERP systems.
