Director, Payor Solutions & Market Access
Job Responsibilities
- Develop payor relationships with strategic stakeholders
- Sells value proposition to payors creating more preferred or exclusive partnerships
- Works with sales teams to identify opportunities with new and existing payors
- Has an enterprise view of the organization, medical supply distribution, billing, and operations
- Negotiates profitable agreements
- Create and sell differentiated payor facing programs
- Develop and maintain qualified sales pipeline and progress with identified payor targets
- Aids ISR and field teams with health plan presentations and in-services
- Leverages available business tools and reporting to uncover and act on business trends
- Stays abreast of competition and associated value
- Supports Senior Director Payor Solutions & Market Access in strategic qualification and acquisition of suitable DME targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of related healthcare experience and payor sales
- Knowledgeable on healthcare and payor trends
