Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and client impact through innovative payer solutions
- Manage profit and loss performance across the payer business
- Lead product innovation to enhance patient safety and outcomes
- Oversee teams focused on product delivery, consulting, and payer engagement
- Maintain and nurture health plan client relationships including negotiations and renewals
- Provide leadership through mentoring, performance management, and staff development
- Support international arrangements as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 7+ years managing P/L in healthcare software/services with proven growth record
- 5+ years leading sales or business development teams
- 5+ years experience in advanced payment model design and implementation
- 5+ years managing teams of over 20 FTEs
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Additional Qualifications
- An MBA, PhD, or MD could enhance candidacy
Pay
$211,600 – $290,950 annually
